Averill House Vineyard Reservations & Event Cancellation Policies:
All Averill House Vineyard(AHV) purchases, including reservations & events, are non-refundable and non-reschedulable unless specifically stated otherwise.
Guests are allowed to transfer their reservations or event tickets to another guest of their choice if AHV is notified 48 hours prior to their scheduled reservation or event. Cancellations received after the 48 hours deadline will not be eligible to transfer their reservation(s)/event ticket(s) to another guest and will be considered forfeited. Cancellations will be accepted only via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated transfer deadline.
All requests must be made by the reservation/event ticket holder or credit card holder on file. Transfer requests must include the name of the reservation/event ticket holder and/or transaction number. When transferring please include the following information for the new reservation/event ticket holder: Name(first and last as represented on government issued ID), email, and phone number of guest you will be transferring the reservation to. The above policies apply to all AHV reservations & events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event material(s).
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our top priority, Averill House Vineyard (AHV) reserves the right to cancel reservations or events at any time. Should circumstances arise that result in AHV postponing an event or reservation, guests will be provided the option to transfer their registration to the future date of the same event or guests can opt in to receive a refund minus any related service fees. In the case that AHV must cancel an event or reservation for any reason, guests will be offered a full refund.
